Tune of "Lord Thee I Love"
When I look in my human heart
My guilty flesh with sin is scarred.
How shall I stand at God's throne?
Christ Jesus bore my sin and guilt.
Sin He became; His blood was spilt
The Father sacrificed His Son.
The punishment on Him was laid
I'm justified by what He paid.
I'm covered with His righteousness.
In Heavn' and earth His Church is blessed.
God Father, Son,
And Holy Spirit; Three in One!
Baptized in Thee I am Thine own.
